Athenia Hoi An Boutique Hotel & Spa

We had a fantastic stay in the athenia Hotel, lt was in a great location with the beach 5 mins walk away with lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel has a lovely quite pool area and is spotless clean and well maintained. Hotel is very comfortable with lovely buffet breakfast and food and drink is also available at the poolside bar until 8pm The staff in the hotel,Nga Tri and phuong were so welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a fantastic holiday. The room was great, had everything we needed. Pool was nice and in the sun all day, with umbrellas if needed shade. Comfortable loungers. Breakfast was fabulous! Full of different options and actually delicious. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The lady at the reception - Phuong - was helpful, informative and lovely.

The room was big enough and very clean with a nice sea view. They offered us a fruit plate in one day and organised one afternoon tea for us as we stayed more than 3 nights. Breakfast was acceptable, not excellent though, it can be improved by offering a greater variety of food and more international food. The location is quite close to the beach, it takes just a few minutes by motorbike.

Excellent service from all staff, special thanks to Phuong who remembered our names and went out of her way to make our stay special. Great free bikes to use, a quiet area right by the beach, where there are lots of places to eat and drink without feeling super hectic and touristy. Clean pool and lovely garden, excellent views and great value. Good breakfast spread and the on site spa was also brilliant. Would recommend!
